ACCT 2063 — Applied Accounting Concepts
Prerequisites: BSYS 2583 Spreadsheets for Managerial Decision Making and ~ACCT 2013 Introduction to Managerial Accounting. The coursework will include discussions of accounting concepts and the application of those concepts utilizing an electronic spreadsheet as a problem-solving and decision-making tool. Students will create their own accounting models to solve accounting problems associated with the concepts learned in Introduction to Financial Accounting and Introduction to Managerial Accounting. Microsoft Excel is required for this course. (Spring).
