PTA 203 - Pathology PTA 203 - Pathology This course examines the signs, symptoms, etiology, prognosis, medical diagnostics, interventions, and treatment of diseases commonly encountered in physical therapy practice. Topics and systems covered include cardiopulmonary, respiratory, musculoskeletal, integumentary, hematologic, endocrine, gastrointestinal, renal, psychological, oncological, and infectious diseases. The role of physical therapy in specific disease management and rehabilitation is introduced.
