PE 125 - Physical Fitness PE 125 - Physical Fitness This physical education course is or any student who would like to improve his/her knowledge and performance in physical fitness. Emphasis is placed on evaluation of current personal physical fitness and creating a personal exercise plan based on personal fitness performance goals. Students spend 30 hours over the course of the semester working to improve their strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.
