CRT202 — Admin Industry Simulation
6 CR This course will focus on the administrative work-flow of the auto collision repair industry. Students will learn how to create accurate estimates, estimate supplements, parts lists, and develop customer service and communication skills. Completion Of or Concurrent Enrollment In: Completion of CRT 123 with a C- or higher or concurrent enrollment in CRT 123 , AND completion of CRT 222 with a C- or higher or concurrent enrollment in CRT 222 .
