AMAT316 — Numerical Methods for Technologists

3-5 CR This course provides an introduction to numerical and computational methods for solving engineering and scientific problems. Topics will include methods for solving linear and nonlinear equations, polynomial interpolation and extrapolation, evaluating integrals, and solving ordinary differential equations. Students will be required to write and run code using a relevant engineering software package.
