NDT453 — Functional MRI and Magnetic Encephalography
5 CR In this advanced course, students will explore the various applications for performing fMRI and/or MEG; include perceptual and cognitive brain processes, localizing regions affected by pathology before surgical removal, determining the function of various parts of the brain, and neurofeedback. Students will learn to differentiate between the physiologic information from the EEG and the anatomical information in the MRI. Instrumentation and patient safety will be emphasized. Course
