BIOL 2210L — Cell Biology and Immunology Lab

Students will perform experiments requiring culture and maintenance of cells, study cell types, fluorescence microscopy, metabolism, and isolate and characterize cell components and organelles. Protein Purification and Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assays (ELISAs) will also be performed.
