BTECÂ 2191L — Â Fundamental Microbial Biotechnology Lab
This course includes selected laboratory exercises that parallel the topics presented in . Students gain laboratory proficiency in methods used in modern microbiology. The exercises focus on aseptic media preparation and culture techniques for different microbes, microscopy, and microbial isolation and identification. Further exercises include genetic techniques, including bacterial transformation and plaque assay, as well as microbial food and environmental laboratories.
