Certificate of Proficiency in Micro-Computer Upgrade and Repair 15 Credit hours This Micro-Computer Upgrade and Repair Certificate of Proficiency trains students for entry-level positions in technical support and IT operations. This program provides students with knowledge and skills to repair and maintain computer systems and to secure and protect data and support network business operations.
