HPED 1702 — Concepts of Physical Activity

Sem: F/S 2 Lec. Hrs./week Course components include relationships between lifestyles and selected health problems, the knowledge and skill to participate in at least one lifetime physical activity, and the benefits of various physical activities. Students develop a personal health program that targets cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. This course requires a laboratory fee.
