HSC 121 — Healthcare Comminication: This course
provides a comprehensive introduction to interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills essential in healthcare environments. Emphasis is placed on self-awareness, assertiveness, emotional intelligence, and conflict mediation. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate empathetic and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
