COM 101 — Workplace Communication: This course is
designed to enhance interpersonal skills for the workplace. Emphasis is placed on dealing with conflict, improving conversational and listening skills, and identifying nonverbal cues in an intercultural setting. Upon completion, students should be able to apply basic communication techniques to enhance relationships and manage conflict situations in a variety of workplace settings.
